Testimony here at Lana Essential Oils: Lemon Long hair, and Muscle Recovery

I’m over the moon to finally share something I’ve been working on and loving every step of the way — The Lemongrass Castor Oil Blend by Lana Essential Oils! It’s only been eight days since I started this journey, and I couldn’t wait any longer to tell you how it’s going. Spoiler alert: I’m obsessed.

Day One – April 10, 2025

I began with a small marble-sized amount of the oil, applying it faithfully every morning to the back, middle, and front of my hair. It became a ritual — me, my coffee, and this amazing blend. After applying, I’d pop on my woolen cap (yes, pretty much a winter cap!) and go about my day.

The wool cap creates gentle heat that helps the oil work its magic. Before showering, I brush out my hair to let it breathe. I still follow my regular shampoo routine — no conditioner — and I use a serum for heat protection.

The Results So Far

Let me tell you… The shine is phenomenal! After just eight days, I blow-dried my hair and couldn’t believe how healthy, glossy, and nourished it looked. Even more amazing — the pixie cut is gone! Yes, already! I’ve seen real growth, especially in the back of my head where I focused the application.

Sure, I smell like lemongrass for a little while, but honestly? It’s such a refreshing, uplifting scent that I don’t mind it at all. If anything, I love it!

This is a 30-day challenge, and I’m only a quarter of the way in, but wow — if this is how it starts, I can’t wait to see the end results. And at R150 per bottle (excluding delivery), this little powerhouse of a product is ready to be shared with the world.

Bonus Testimony: The Muscle Recovery Blend 💪🩷

Just yesterday, I had an ouch moment — I banged my left thumb between a container and a window path (yes, I know, OUCH). The pain was intense, and I honestly just froze for a second while the shock pulsed through my hand.

I immediately ran it under cold water and then applied our muscle recovery blend. I can't begin to express how it soothed it, literally in under an hour and no bruising.
